8. Provider information must be accurate

By supplying content for advertising purposes, the provider gives Park Lane Escorts permission to use, reproduce, resize, edit for presentation, publish and distribute that content where reasonably necessary to advertise and promote the provider and the Park Lane Escorts service.

11. Provider commission
Providers agree to pay Park Lane Escorts the commission percentage agreed between the provider and the agency for each booking supplied to the provider by Park Lane Escorts.
The applicable commission percentage will be agreed with the provider separately and may therefore vary between providers.
Providers must honestly disclose bookings resulting from introductions made by Park Lane Escorts and must not deliberately conceal, redirect or misrepresent an agency-supplied booking for the purpose of avoiding commission.
Commission becomes payable in accordance with the payment arrangements agreed between Park Lane Escorts and the provider.
Park Lane Escorts does not guarantee any provider a minimum number or value of bookings.
12. Provider financial and legal responsibilities
Providers operate independently and are responsible for their own financial affairs, including any tax, National Insurance, registration, insurance or other legal obligations applicable to their individual circumstances.
Park Lane Escorts does not provide providers with tax, financial or legal advice.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended by itself to create an employment relationship between Park Lane Escorts and a provider.
13. Refusal, suspension and removal of providers
Park Lane Escorts may refuse an application, suspend advertising or remove a provider from the website where there is a reasonable basis for doing so.
This may include circumstances involving:
- false or materially misleading information;
- inaccurate or unauthorised photographs or videos;
- concerns regarding age or identity;
- persistent inaccurate availability or location information;
- failure to pay agreed commission;

- unlawful activity;
